Our bodies need plenty of water to stay hydrated throughout each day.
Water helps us to digest food, maintain a constant body temperature, protect the body's organise, transport nutrients, flush out toxins and keep you looking and feeling good.
Each day we lose about 2.4 litres of water a day through sweating, urination as well as exhaling air.
The following hydration activities can be undertaken at home or in the classroom.
Download the wee chart to check your wee against the colours. If your wee is dark in colour it may mean you are dehydrated and need to drink more water.
