Schools Water Efficiency Program

View the video to see how St Brigid’s Parish Primary School in Mordialloc identified a leak through the Schools Water Efficiency Program (SWEP) and saved more than 825 litres of water per hour!

SWEP enables schools to continuously track their water consumption by using data logger technology. Staff and students can monitor their school’s water usage to detect leaks and faulty appliances –  saving both water and money.

Victorian schools who have joined SWEP have saved an average of $6,500 per annum, plus millions of litres of water!

The program is free for the first year with $150 (ex GST) payable in years two and three.

Visit the SWEP website for more information, including how to sign up.
